Vertical blinds are well suited for windows that are wider than they are tall and slide from side to side (i.e. sliding glass doors). Our large selection includes blinds made from sheer, woven and room darkening fabrics, as well as from vinyl, faux wood, genuine wood and aluminum. Below are some of the products we carry.

Hunter Douglas Vertiglide: One of the most popular and energy efficient treatments to put on a slider. It’s called the “view saver” because it stacks into a seven inch cassette.
Hunter Douglas Luminette: The most elegant treatment available. Sheer fabric wrapped around veins offers the look of a curtain but with the versatility of a blind.
Vertical Blinds: Has the largest selection of fabrics and patterns of any treatment. Will also be the least expensive option to cover sliding glass doors.
Horizon’s Averte Fold: The most decorative treatment available for sliders with the smoothest operating system in the industry. Gives a natural and beach feel to any room in your home.

Wonderful

We purchased a blind at AAA Blind Store. My husband decided to install it himself. Probably not the best choice. Once he mounted it properly the wand mechanism wouldn’t raise the shade. I brought it back and they said they would repair it. The next day they called, said they would reinstall it and make sure the wand worked correctly. We had dreaded reinstalling it yet again. They came adjusted the mounting and explained why we had trouble. WONDERFUL SERVICE.
